Clients purchasing retainer services or standard products agree to fulfill payment terms specified during checkout or via formal invoicing. Late payments may result in the immediate suspension of live development links, active media spend management, or product license verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Activ8 Digital, its directors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or platform uptime arising out of your use of our services, website, or purchased products.
